Who this is
The desk that wrote this is a publication about AI avatar video. It sells guest placements and no software, and it has no user accounts, no login and no subscription.
This policy covers the whole of what the site holds about a visitor, which is a shorter list than most policies of this kind. Who runs this desk covers what the desk itself is.
What the forms collect
Two forms exist on this site. The fields below are read from the form definitions themselves at build time, so this list cannot drift from what is actually collected.
None of those fields is required. A submission with only a message and no name or address is accepted, because a required field on a correction form loses corrections.
Where a submission goes
A submission is posted to a function on this site's own domain, which forwards it to Formaloo, the form provider, and notifies the desk by email. Nothing is stored on this site itself.
Submissions are read by the people who write these pages, kept while the enquiry or correction is open, and deleted when it is closed. They are never sold, never used for marketing and never added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count pages viewed and forms submitted. It records the events, not the contents: what was submitted is not passed to analytics.
- No advertising pixels, no remarketing tags and no cross-site trackers.
- No cookies are set by this site for its own purposes beyond what analytics requires.
What this site does not do
- It does not sell or share personal data with anyone.
- It does not run advertising networks, so nothing here builds an advertising profile of you.
- It has no accounts, so there is no password of yours to lose.
Your data, and getting rid of it
Ask through the contact form and any submission of yours is deleted. No account is needed to ask, because there is no account.
Where the law gives you a right to a copy of what is held, the same route serves it, and the answer is normally the message you sent plus the date it arrived.
Changes to this policy
The modification date on this page changes when the policy does. Because the collected-data list is generated from the forms, adding a field to a form updates this page in the same build.
